Location: The e-Learning Institute is located in the Borland Building, room 12. Parking: The East Parking Deck (off Bigler Road) is the closest visitor parking deck. Visitors may park in the East Parking Deck for $1.00 per hour. When entering the deck, you must take a stub from the machine at the Kiosk. You must give this stub to the attendant when exiting the deck. Parking decks only accept cash for payment.
